I’m honored to join with Laurie Walker and Carol Block as new owners of Windermere/Douglas County. Our team of professional Real Estate Brokers have helped make our transistion a comfortable one. What I hope to bring to our group is a diverse background of skills and experiences... That’s a fancy way of saying I’ve been a Jack-of-All-Trades. I feel that my prior work as a mortgage loan officer gives me a broader understanding of what makes up a real estate transaction. I’ve been able to establish good working relationships with local title companies, as well as the community of local lenders. As a prior Affiliate Member of the Year with the Douglas County Board of Realtors, I was active on the Education Committee, helping coordinate a well-attended, Lender Training class for Realtors.
Previously, I’ve been involved in a number of local organizations, serving as Chairman of the Douglas County Workforce Quality Committee, the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Chairman of their Business/Education Partnership Committee, and as an Affiliate Member of the Umpqua Home Builders Association. I’ve also served as the Secretary of the Douglas County Chapter of A.B.A.T.E., a motorcycle rider group that promotes safety, freedom of choice, education and training. I’ve lived in Roseburg for over 18 years and have always focused on providing clients with individualized attention and services. I look forward to mixing in my own experiences in real estate transactions to help provide customers with the level of attention and the type of assistance that I would want as a Buyer or Seller. Every deal is different and every client has different expectations. A cookie-cutter presentation is not what I provide for my clients.
